TROUBLSHOOTING: eCollections Reports

Thanks for the follow-up. I don't think that's the issue, most of the other database has loginName: DataAdminSQl with NULL password and the reports works.

Hi Victor,

Usually when you are prompted to log into Information Studio it means there isn’t a password entered into the Info Studio PSW field located in User Details > System. Once entered, Information Studio should open right from the management module without prompting for logon credentials. Can you verify your eCollections password is entered in that field under your name? Please advise, thanks!

I will appreciate it if somebody will give me a call to resolve the issues that I'm having trying to deploy Reports for a new database. When I click on information studio from view report menu it open to "Login to Information Studio" window. It's not accepting my username/password. I might be missing a step in the IIs config.

Problem: When launching Information Studio the login page comes up instead of going right to the landing pages.

Cause: IIS Web.config file missing entry for 612

Solution: Edited Web.Config and added an entry for 612 to the datbase list.
